As part of an ambitious and wide ranging PSHCE programme, our students will be encouraged throughout the academic year to participate in different sporting activities and to explore the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.
For example, a number of students train free at a local gym as part of their enrichment activities, and several individuals are involved each week with both football and table tennis.
Our P.E staff can provide you with advice on how to develop your physical fitness.

To further raise students’ awareness about healthy lifestyles, our PSHCE sessions explore the impact that smoking and drinking excessive amounts of alcohol can have on the human body. Indeed, we encourage all students to be aware of such dangers from the start of their time with us.
